Charlotte Rechtshaffen

Charlotte joined KIRE in 2025, bringing with her a diverse background that bridges real estate, marketing, and operations. A graduate of McGill University in Montreal, where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science with a minor in Economics, Charlotte combines analytical thinking with creativity and a lifelong passion for real estate and architecture.

Originally from Toronto, she has supported senior leadership across fast-paced, client-focused environments, developing a strong foundation in organisation, process management, and executive support.

At KIRE, she plays a key role in ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations, managing property administration, compliance documentation, and marketing coordination. With an eye for detail and a dedication to efficiency, Charlotte helps ensure that every aspect of KIRE’s business operates seamlessly behind the scenes, in line with the company’s mission to transform luxury real estate through creativity, connection, and purpose.
