Zoe Green

Zoe joined KIRE in 2025, bringing a distinctive blend of design literacy, editorial expertise and real estate intuition. With a degree in Architectural History and Heritage from the University of Edinburgh, she draws on a deep appreciation for how design, theory and human behaviour intertwine, combining analytical rigour with an instinctive understanding of how people experience space.

Born and raised in Hampstead, Zoe knows the area inside out, every leafy crescent and sun-dappled corner of the Heath a well-worn path from her own story. Bias aside, she truly does believe the postcode represents the very best of London living.

Her background across the city’s design-led property sector has shaped a client-focused approach defined by empathy, integrity and attention to detail, fuelled further by a genuine understanding of how architecture, light and memory shape the feeling of belonging within a home.

Through intelligent strategy, a problem-solving mindset and compassionate communication, Zoe supports client sales and searches with care and precision.
