REPORT HIGHLIGHTS


The most expensive house to sell in NW3 since January was on Wadham Gardens which sold in March for approx. £17,950,000 (£2,983 per sqft).


Market stats (just a taste, full insights in the report)


  • In NW3, properties sold in the last 3 months achieved an average price of £979,189 for flats and £4,606,998 for houses.

  • In NW1 Average flat prices are now 5.9% lower than 5 years ago, with buyers paying £61 less per square foot than they did 5 years ago.

  • In NW8, 10% of properties sold within 3 months, compared with 10.6% for the whole of Central London.
